1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using POLS (Private Offline Lift Specialist), you agree to be bound by these Terms. These terms are a legal agreement between you and the Service Provider, Malachi Nelson. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. Intellectual Property

All source code, design elements, "The Vault" analytics logic, "RecoveryMap" algorithms, and trademarks associated with POLS are the exclusive property of the Service Provider. You may not:

• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the Application.
• Create derivative versions, translations, or "skins" of the Application.
• Use our trademarks or branding in any way that suggests official endorsement.

3. Physical Safety & Medical Disclaimer

POLS is a data-tracking tool, not a medical professional or certified trainer.

• Assumption of Risk: Strength training involves inherent risks of serious injury or death. By using POLS, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical exertion.
• Consult a Professional: You should consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program.
• Liability: The Service Provider is not responsible for any injuries, health complications, or damages resulting from the use of the Application or the performance of exercises tracked within it. Listen to your body; do not prioritise data over physical safety.

4. Service Model & "Plus Tier"

POLS is provided as a "Freemium" service.

• One-Time Purchase: The "Plus Tier" (Premium) is a one-time payment to unlock advanced features like the Live HUD and Advanced Analytics. This is a "Lifetime Access" purchase and is not a subscription.
